I'm using Netscape 7.1 and have "disposable" accounts on Hotmail and MSN.
I'd like to be able to access and manage them from the Netscape email
client. I've tried a program from Source Forge called Mr.Postman, but have
have configuration of other problems. Anyone have any idesa on a
program(s)?

MSN/Hotmail does not support POP or IMAP access.
See http://supportservices.msn.com/us/oeconfig/Default.asp to
configure Outlook Express to read your Web-based msn/hotmail e-mail.

Well, THAT's a rotten piece of advice. Why not ask for his
credit card info while you're at it?

It also specifically ignore his question, which had nothing to
do with using Outhouse Excess.

He needs something like Hot2Pop, a program that reads webmail
and converts it to POP, rendering webmail accounts available
to any POP3 client.

Or he could dump his MSN and Hotmail accounts for Netscape
Netcenter accounts, which are accessible in Netscape 7.x.
They also come with 20meg of webspace.
