access to internet from only one profile on my computer

Strangely I can only access the internet from one of the
3 profiles that I have on my desktop.

I am running Windows XP

I am hard wire connected to a Linksys Router and have
another computer in the house that is wireless connected.
That computer can access the internet.

What is wrong?

Help!!!
