First turn off simple file sharing. Do this by going to Tools Menu in Explorer. Then go to the View tab and at the bottom is a check box called "Use simple file sharing (Recommended) ". Untick the check box, and hit OK. Then find the folders you need to access. Left click them and select Properties. There will be a tab called "Security". Click it and click "Advanced". Once you open the advanced window, click the Owner tab. Select Administrator, and tick Replace owner on subcontainers and access. Click OK and click yes to all the dialog boxes that come after that.
