access to database

When opening Outlook, I get a message "BCN for Outlook cannot be
loaded....The database is currently stopped..." I have not had any problem
accessing the database before, and cannot find how to restart the database.
Attempts to select the current database or create a new one using the wizard
fail. "SQL server does not exist or access denied." I am using Outlook with
BCM Update SP1.

Can you go to start > run >services.msc and try starting the
MSSQL$MICROSOFTBCM or MSSQL$MICROSOFTSLMBIZ service and let me know what
happens
