Access template for FAQ managment/storage??

I'm a system administrator for my companies project management system..
lately I seem to be spending more and more time answering general support
questions from my users and I find I am answering the same questions over and
over. I'm looking for a quick method to store frequently asked question in a
access database and to hopefully in time share it using share point.

I was wondering if anyone knows of a pre developed template for this
function or has one already developed they could share with me, since I don't
actually have the time to develop one my self.

I noticed you mentioned Sharepoint. Is it in production? I develop Access
applications, but also administer the network (Windows 2003). I'm using
Sharepoint for general support information, training materials, help desk,
FAQ, repository of standard office documents (i.e. policies & procedurers,
announcements, templates, etc). No need for a custom developed application
such as Access.
