Access Startup Settings

Hello...I am developing a simple Access 2003 database. I was changing
Startup settings under the Tools menu and disabled full menus at startup.
Now because of this, I don't have the Tools menu to make changes to the
Startup of the data base so I can continue to design. Can somebody tell me
how to get my full menus back or get back to the default startup settings for
my database? Thank you!

Hold shift while you open the file.
 
I am sorry...I found the answer in another post on this board. I apologize
for the double posting.

Answer is to hold down the shift key while you open the database and it
bypasses the startup options.
