Access Shutdown

Hello,

Ref: MS Access 2000

I have a database that is shared with about 20 users and getting time
when no one is in the database to perform maintenance is difficult.

I would like to force a shutdown of my database in order to perform
database maintenance.
 
You could try the technique outlined in
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=128814 to kick users out when they haven't
used the application after x number of minutes. (Don't worry that it doesn't
list Access 2000 in the article: whatever it suggests for Access 97 will
work fine in 2000.)
