I think I messed up. I had to wipe my harddrive and reinstall everything.
Before i wiped the drive I made a copy of my documents, where all of my
access datavases are stored and put them on a DVD. i install Office and
started pulling the databasses off of the dvd one at a time. I did one and
opened it and it told me I did not have permission to "use" the database ( no
permission for use, design etc). I had never had security setup on any of
the databases before. I used the wizard and set myself up with the necessary
permissions. It still tells me I do not have the permissions. I have
considered uninstalling Office and reinstalling it, but I am Afraid that the
registry will still have a key to the security system. Are there any
solutions? Will answer any question posed concerning this problem.
TIA
