I have read in the AccessAdvisor about how the Access
security can help prevent database corruption. I was a
advisor tip from a reader.

Does anyone have any experience with this statement being
true ?

It's actually in the March issue. The author says that he has developed two
secured databases that have not suffered corruption and one unsecured
database that has. This is like saying that I ate an apple on Monday and
Tuesday mornings and didn't get hit by a bus, but I didn't eat an apple
Wednesday morning and I got hit by a bus, ergo eating apples prevents you
from being hit by a bus.

Ok. I'll put that in the big round file!

No way! It proves that *not* eating apples, *causes* you to be hit by a
bus! It was just chance that he didn't get hit by a bus on Monday or
Tuesday!

Cheers,
