Access Runtime 2004

Access Runtime 2004

I have installed Access Runtime 2004 on a windows
XP machine. However before
it would load it kept saying that some components
of WinXP were out of date
and I needed to update them.

What are the system requirements for Access
Runtime 2002, can't find
anything in Developer Help, KB or anywhere. I
need to get handle on the
exact spec as I am planning to roll-out runtime
on many machines and need to
make sure they have the right components without
just going to Windows
Component Update and installing everything.

assuming you meant not Access 2004 but 2002, most likely it meant updating
Windows Installer.

But, according to your name you used in your post, you are Mr. Access Runtime
2004 himself; if so, who might know better? :-)
