access run time question

I know we can download access runtime to view access data. But does runtime
allow us to click on links if present in access database?

do you mean links that open external other applications? As far as I know
your forms code, reports, and any other program logic in the application
will function as normal. This functionally also includes clicking on
hyperlinks.

There are some limitations in the runtime, but for the most part the code
and functions will work in the runtime...
