In creating a report to show a project description for a
list of projects I want the description paragraph to be
justified. When I specify "Text Align" --> "Distribute"
in the properties window for the Memo field the last line
of the paragraph justifies across the page even if there
are just a few words in the line creating overspaced
characters unlike in Word wher the spacing is correct on
the last line even when justified. How can I correct this?

Add a character return in your text field after the main text body (i.e.
hold down the shirt key and hit enter.) That will solve the problem.
