Access report writer does not work

I get a signal saying that "this feature is not installed". However, I have
re-installed it twice now and still get the same message.
 
Do you have a default system printer driver configured? You must, to
do anything with Reports in Access, though the driver doesn't have to
be connected to a physical printer.
