I need to design a report that lists all outcomes (0-5), a
count of occurances for each outcome, and a frequency
distribution of what % of outcomes there were - example -
for all outcomes, what % were 5,s, 4's, 3's, etc... How
can I do this as a report, and make it work? Can someone
write out the type of calculated fields that I need? I
have figured out how to do a total count for all records,
and a total average score for all the records, but I am
absolutely stuck on the three other calculations.

This report is based on a query that runs for a user
defined timeframe. Thanks for your help/assistance.

You need to make more of an effort. We need at least:
1) your table structure (field names and types)
2) some sample data
3) how do you expect this to show in your report

Making assumptions regarding these questions is more than you should expect
from a public news group.
