Access Replication Manager

Okay I just got signed up for a access project. For this
project I am going to need to use Access Replication
Manager. I looked around and found that the replication
manager came with Office XP developer. Then when I logged
into the company msdn account I discovered that office XP
developer was no longer offered as of December of last
year.

So I moved to plan B. Installed 2003, then installed the
Office Access Developers Kit. After looking around I
still can not find a 2003 Access Replication Manager. I
looked around on the support site and was unable to locate
any articals on this topic?

Any one have the run down, does Access 2003 have a
Replication Manger?

That I installed office Access developer extensions, no
kit.
