Access repairs

I manage an Access database that is housed on a share
drive, during the past few days the database has needed
repair at least once a day. 12 associates have access to
the database. Can you give me some insight as to where to
look to find out what may be causing the issue? Thx
 
Corruption usually results from network connectivity issues. Look for bad
network cards, routers/switches, etc.. Also, using Access on a wireless
network is not a good idea.

What's changed in the past few days? New server? New SP on the
server? A new client computer in the network?
