Access Query, Forms and Netsend

I want to be able to create a query or form where people can search it, find
what they want and double click the field and it pop up a netsend box to an
IP Address like when using Nethail.
I'm no expert with access and learning as I go so any help would be greatly
appreciated.

To better understand what I'm doing, I have a form that I created with 2
windows 1 on top and 1 on the bottom that are imported 2 column excel
sheets, Top is Artist and Song Title and the bottom is Song Title and
Artist, 1st column in each is sorted alphabetically.
I want the person searching the list to find what they want and double click
the filed and pop up a netsend command window to send a message to the KJ to
add the person to a sign up sheet.
Anyone know if this is possible?
