Access Program Startup

I created a form and configured it as a startup form. In
the startup dialog box, I have turned off all display
options: database window, display status bar, full menus,
default shortcut menus, and toolbars. When the user
clicks on the database, I want just the form to open.
Yet, everytime the database is opened, the form opens and
the Access program opens. How do I turn off the access
program in the background?

It is possible (but not simple) to hide the main Access window with API
calls.
