Access Overview

I've kept a large database in access for several years. I've recently "lost"
some important data. I've found a lot of useful websites via this forum on
specific problems, but is there a more basic "overview" on using access. e.g.
the difference between tables & forms, which to use when, the prefered method
to update tables etc. etc? Many Thanks

Access for Dummies - it's pretty good for getting started. Also Access
[YourVersion] Step by Step from MS Press.

should really help you through understanding Access concepts.
