Access -> Outlook

I want to create an Access database that has email
addresses (among other pieces of information). I then
want to be able to type a message in Outlook and tell
Outlook to send the email message to those names on my
Access table.

Outlook limits me to the number of addresses I may have in
a group. I hae close to 800 names on my database.

How can I do this without using a web server? If I had
web server - no problem - write some ASP code - but I
don't have web server.

Try doing a mail merge from Outlook using the Access table as the source for
the email addresses. This will send 1 email to each person in the table
(individually) and may take a few min to run but should get you past this
obstacle quite well.
