Hello, all -

I'm considering trying out the SendObject feature to
allow a client to send Access invoice records as
attachments to e-mails automatically.

But I'm a bit leery of sending billing items off so glibly
without the client being able to spot-check at least some
messages and some attachments first.

Does anyone know a way to allow the messages and
attachments to be created, then examined (at least a few of
them) prior to sending? They could either be stored in as
drafts, or just paused and OK'd by the client.

And I'm uncertain what mail program is used by SendObject.
--Is it the default program?
--Can I specify the program (Outlook)?
--Are the messages stored in the default program
automatically after being sent?

Thanks!

Hi Lowell,

There's a lot of good email information on Tony Toews's site at
http://www.granite.ab.ca/access/email.htm
