Access / Outlook Application

Hello,

I'm about to start a project where I need to send
invitations to 150 of the 800 people in our Public
Contacts list in Outlook. I want to track the RSVP's and
do some other reporting and things with the people who
will be coming to our event in Access.

I am unsure of how Outlook and Access can be used
together. Does anyone know of any articles on the
subject? Or, does anyone have a suggestion on how to
approach this type of a project. I would prefer a link to
Outlook so I don't have to worry about changed addresses
in future mailings.

Have a look in Microsoft Developer Network (MSDN) there are a few articles I
have read, one I just found is "Using Automation in Microsoft Office Access
2003 to Work with Microsoft Office Outlook 2003"

I have found simple processes work OK using the Outlook Object Model but did
have problems when I was bulk retrieving emails with XL Attachments and
importing them into Access (possibly because the attachments all had the
same name).
