ACCESS OPTIONS BUTTONS & MENUS MISSING

HELP!!! I have a problem. I accidentally selected an option that
has hidden all of my menus and worst of all has hidden the "Access
Options" button that appears on the Office button.

How can I fix this to get the menus & Access Options button back?

Hold your shift key down when opening the database (keep it down until the
database actually opens up). Then go to the TOOLS > STARTUP and reset the
options.
