I have created a form in Office XP Access, create my macros to print th
database, to convert the database to Excel and forward by email, bu
HOW do I create it as a stand-alone package?? Or even to work on Acces

An Access database cannot be turned into a stand-alone package. If you own
Office XP Developer, you can use its tools to create a "runtime
installation" of Access which allows users without a copy of MS Access to
open and run your database but not make design changes.

You can convert your database to the Access 97 format by using
Tools|Database Utilities|Convert Database.
