Tables and queries will not store print specifications so there is no way to
turn it off.
Reports do store the specifications, so if you have saved the Page setup there
is some problem.
Are you printing to the same printer? Have you set up the report to print to
a specific printer or to a default printer?
I believe that if you
-- set the report to print to a specific printer and
-- it is not available and
-- if any of the specifications set for the specific printer cannot be met by
your default printer
Access will reset the page set up to the defined defaults for margins,
columns, page size, orientation, etc.
