I can connect to my business network through VPN
connection. But whenever I try to access resources on our
business domain, I receive this error message:
"The account is not authorized t log in from this station"

I have tried to cnnect using:
net use K \\servername\sharename /user:username\password

but still receive same message

Any ideas??

Thanks

Hi Rocket,

Sounds like you are not being authenticated on the network when you VPN in. Next time you
open your VPN connection, try using domainname\username and then password for this
account on the network.

Also be sure that whatever server you are trying to access allows network access to that
machine from the network.

Also, there could be a policy restriction on the network preventing you from accessing those
resources. Check with your Network Admin to see if that is the case.

Hope this helps,
Gary
