Hi!

I have a problem with Internet Explorer v6 SP1 on WIN XP SP2.

The problem occures when trying to open web page's with scripts in a
FRAME/IFRAME.
The error message is just "Access is denied". And appears in the
status bar.

It seems that problem happens after installing WIN XP SP2. It is fixèd
in I.E 7.0.
But in my situation the user's can't upgrade to 7.0

Microsoft has made a hotfix in article, 889407. It is a paying solution
it seems.

Has anyone encouterd this problem. Or have any ideas to a soultion ?

Any help is much appreciated...

FS> No it isn't. You didn't read this part of the article: "NOTE: In
special cases, charges that are ordinarily incurred for support calls may be
canceled if a Microsoft Support Professional determines that a specific
update will resolve your problem. The typical support costs will apply to
additional support questions and issues that do not qualify for the specific
update in question."
