Access is Denied for Desktop

Whenever I am trying to create folder or file on my desktop, Access is Denied
message is coming and I am unable to create anything on my Desktop. But I am
able to delete everything and able to restore from my recycle bin.

Please tell me the procedure to create on dektop.

If this is not your own computer then contact the administrator responsible
for the computer. If it is your computer check the permissions to desktop
folder for your user profile that would be located under documents and
