Access info to Outlook possible?

Specifically trying to import Access email information for clients
automatically into Outlook contact manager. Two questions: 1: Is this
possible, 2: Can anyone explain how to do it.

Am reasonably adept with computers and familiar with both programs. TIA
for any input

I would think so but it will require some VBA code which could be
frustrating. Follow the various Outlook links at the Access Email
FAQ at my website.
