Access for Marketing

Hello all. I am very new with Access and am trying to implement a Marketing
program using the software. I am trying to keep track of professionals and
their clients, so that I can send out monthly marketing letters on behalf of
the professionals. I am consistently adding new professionals, and would
also like to keep up with important dates (birthdays, anniversaries, etc) of
their clients. Am I in the right software, and is this something that can be
done with Access? Thanks, in advance, for your time.
 
You can create that in Access. If you're looking to have it already done for
you then you might need to look at contact management or CRM software.
Including stretching basic / economical contact management software such as
Act! or Goldmine to include the extra sales team tier that you describe.
