Access deny - what to do???

Hi,
I'm trying to open the folder FOLDER_1, but I can't because the
following message appears "Access deny". How is it possible that
having Administrator rigts I'cant open this folder. I had access for
this folder before, but I've changed access rights for it's parent
folder.(C:\FOLDER_PARENT\FOLDER_1). Now this rights are set for
Everyone to Full control.

Any idea?

Try to take ownership of that folder (Security->Advanced->Owner).
