How can I remove brosealoud a text help program that
interferes with other programs? I cannot uninstall it
because it reads "access denied" HELP

If the program is running, it will have files that are "in use." Due to
this activity the files are considered inaccessible and access is denied.

Using the Task Manager, end process on anything that belongs to the program
and then uninstall. Alternatively, you could boot to Safe Mode. Since no
startup programs are loaded with this kind of boot, you should be able to
simply uninstall the program without the extra steps of ending its
processes.
