Access Denied

I have 2 computers on a network. One is XP and the other
is 2000. I can ping the 2000 computer either by name or
IP and it responds, I can see it in Network NeighborHood,
but when I try to browse the shared folders on it, I get
an access denied message. What gives. Thanx in Advance
 
you have to make sure that you give the proper share permission on that
folder so the other computer can browse it..the easiest is to make it so
'Everyone' can view it, however this has its own security risks...
 
I tried that, still no luck --- Same Problem
