Access denied

I have 2 win 2000 machines on p2p network. Have set up shares and machine A
can access B and copy files to and from B and Machine B can copy files from
A but can't copy files to A, get message "access denied; file may be in
use." What haven't I set up and where?

Do all useraccounts exist on both computers? Check the userrights.
