Access Denied

Hello;

When 2 specifc users try to log on to terminal services,
they recieve the following error:

Windows cannot log you on because the profile cannot be
loaded. Contact your network administrator.

DETAIL - Access is denied

This just started happening reciently, and there has not
been a significant change. I looked in event viewer and
the following event is listed:

RegLoadKey failed. Return value Access is denied. for
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Windows\\UsrClass.dat.

The users profile is not completly copied over to the
server, so when I go to check the file listed, the users
profile is not listed. We are set up with Roaming
profiles for each user.

Thank you Vera;

I installed it, and with some profile modifications, both
users were able to log on without a problem.
