After lauching any Office Xp program, i.e. word,
powerpoint, excel, etc. then click on open file icon
defaulted to My Documents. My Documents on the Desktop are
redirected to a network share \\itt-lll-222\link\9999.
However, when opening an error message "You do not have
access to the folder\\itt-111-222\link\9999, but in
reality this person has full control.

How can I get around giving the everyone group access -
List Contents at the root of link in order for this to
work. To use the everyone group at the root level is
prohibited by our security department. Is there another
way to make this access happen giving to all users with
Link folders w/o the everyone group?
