Access Denied

I moved picture folders and consolidated into one
folder. Now I am unable to open any of the picture
files. The message is access denied. Please advise.

If this is related to Microsoft Access database software, the subject of
this newsgroup, please clarify. If not, another newsgroup, perhaps one
related to the particular Operating System you are using.
