I have a Web Site using Front Page 3; 2000XP Windows and I was always able to
access it, adding & making changes. Now it will not let me do so, it says
ACCESS DENIED, YOU DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION for it does not give me the login
page that is essential. This is on my PC. I have a laptop with Vista
Windows and i have no trouble accessing my Front Page from there. I know it
is a setting but what setting? I never had the trouble before.

On a PC, disc based webs do not require authentication
If it is a local server based PC under IIS, make sure you are logged in to the PC w/ admin rights
For online server based webs have your host check the permissions

Thank you for your help. It seems I do not fully understand what more to do.
I am logged in as user administrator. I always got in before but now Front
Page allows me no login to sign in and authenticate. So I do not know what
else to do. I have also gone under security and I do not know what is wrong
in my settings. I can go to my Web Site Provider and I am authorized if I
put in my ID but Front Page will not allow me to put in my ID. It always did
before??

Explain what type of FP Site you are opening using File Open Site (not File Open)
