I have a virus on my computer and all the infected files
are deleted except for two that are in my Windows folder--
every time I try to delete them, I get an "Access denied"
message.

How can I override this and get them off my computer?

Thanks.

Try to delete the files from the Safe Mode. See "A Description of the
Safe Boot Mode Options in Windows XP"
