Access denied, unable to connect

The status for all my printers (network) show "Access
denied, unable to connect". I am however able to continue
printing. Does anyone know how to fix this so that it
indicated "ready"?

I am using Windows 2000 Pro and I have administrator
rights. I have no problems when I log into another
workstation with the same profile. I have also deleted my
profile on the Workstation and server. I have tried
deleting and re-installing the printer, but the status
stays the same.

the print server is getting access denied when connecting to the client to
display notification information.

If someone has been locking down access on the client this scenario can
easily be created.

needs to be set to 1 for the server to connect to the client spooler.
