Access denied to Win2k workstation

I added a win2k workstation desktop to my workgroup "myhome". I have 2 other
wireless laptops in this workgroup. After I reboot my win2k desktop before I
login to desktop, I can connect from the laptop. But as soon as I login into
the desktop, the connection from laptop to desktop says "access denied,
unable to connect". After that even if I logout of my desktop, still I cannot
connect. I have to reboot the desktop and then can connect again, but before
I loginto desktop.

Any idea what the problem is ?? Thanks for your help..

Make sure that all machines have identical account names
and passwords.
