"Access Denied" or "Permission Denied" Scripting Error Messages

In IE6 with XP SP2 I am getting this error, while using frames in my .asp
page. This is also given by microsoft KB324020. What i want to know is has
IE6 provided a fix for the same? Or if there are any other workaround
without changing "Custom settings" as given in KB324020

Sorry. AFAIK the fix for SP1 is not yet available.
