Access Denied Message Text

I've been playing with the registrys on my computer recently and found that I
can make my PUBLIC account even more tamper proof. (Altough I realise there
is NO way of making it totally tamper proof). eg. by not allowing internet
options to open.

When I try to open internet options and the File>open I get a error message
saying that it's been blocked etc. and that I should contact my
administrator. THIS IS BRILLIANT!

I was just wondering if anyone knew where the error message text was stored.
(I'm presuming in the registry) so that I could put a personal message. Eg.
"This has been blocked. If you need access to this contact Daniel"

If anyone knows where this information is stoered, or how I can edit it,
please reply to this post.

Thankyou

No, it is not stored in the registary, it is most likly part of the
Intenret Options contrler, and hence forth can not be customised.
