Access Denied - Installing a Video Device

I am trying to install a TV Tunner in my XP Pro P-IV, but
I receive the message:

Error during install. Access Denied.

Erro ao instalar dispositivo. Acesso Negado.

What could be happening?
 
Try install your new hardware login as Administrator
