Access Denied Dektop Folders

JOHN SHIELS

Since HD replaced and XP reinstalled folders on desktop (including
shortcuts) cannot be accessed, moved, deleted, etc. "access denied, disk
full , program in use, write protected' or similar. What happened and how
can I fix it?
