I am sooo stupid! I deleted the Domain Admin and Enterprise Admin
permissions from the Default Group Policy object. Is there a way to restore
these permissions?

Thanks

Which Default GPO have you modified (Domain or Domain Controllers). Check
security on that GPO and use take ownership to reset GPO permissions. If
everything fails, restore from backup would help ;-).

I modified the Default Domain Policy. There was no backup at this point
since I loaded and configured the DC earlier. I just didn't want to reload
the OS from scratch after having fine tuned the DHCP and DNS services. I
tried taking ownership but it still denies access since the owner doesn't
have full control for some reason.
