I connect to the internet through a router. When i try to access a web page
on one of the computers on the network the message "Forbidden: Access denied
by access control list" I can however connect to the internet on other
computers on the network. Can anybody help? The article Microsoft has does
not apply as i dont have ISP settings on the computer itself.

Thank you for your reply but i'm afraid it cant help, the Microsoft article
on this matter cannot help me because my isp setting are through a router
that 3 other computers connect to and none of them have any problems. There
are no isp settings directly on the computer with the problem. Can anybody
help any further?

The article specifically states that the problem may lie with connection
infomration *stored on your machine*. The fact that you connect through a
router would not be relevant in this case. Have you tried creating a new
connection, or did you just assume that doing so would not help?
