I recently had to reinstall Windows XP Pro on my system. I have two physical
drives and one (C drive)is partitioned into C and E. I reformatted C and
reinstalled Windows and all my software but didn't touch Drive E Everything
appeared to be fine but have now discovered that about 12 of the folders on
Drive E give me the following message when I attempt to open them: "E:\...
is not accessible. Access Denied." Can anyone help me once again access to
these folders? I know they have information in them.

Thanks in advance,
Ken

I believe that you need to log in as an administrator. Right click the folder. Click properties. Get into the permissions. Take ownership of the folder. That should get you going.
