Help files in Frontpage would be a good start.
Also try
www.frontpagewiz.com for basic tutorials on all-things Frontpage,
including Frontpage's database wizards (if this is all you need, otherwise
you'd need to learn ASP code.)
Setting up a basic DB (e.g. a couple of tables and perhaps a linked table
based on primary key) is relatively easy if you're familiar with MS Access,
do it from that application.
Frontpage can create an Access DB for you, through it's results/interface
wizard(s), but this is not as flexible, as you can't create multiple tables
etc. With Access you can do all of this and have more control over it when
you connect the DB to your web site.
If you're doing a Real Estate Site, there might be a pre-written solution
that might suit you eg ASP pages and DB that is already set up in a "real
estate" type format e.g. templates, etc.
I often use
www.hotscripts.com for scripts of various kinds, it's a very
good resource.
