Access Data to Outlook Contacts

My Outlook Contacts is void and needs to be populated by data from Access. I
find info on how to move Contacts info into Access, but not vice versa. If
this can be done, how do the correct fields in Contacts get populated? Help!
 
How about using the File | Import and Export command in Outlook?
